  Noise - Up stairs plumbing could be heard when used as per usual thankfully noise was kept to a minimum.

  Well appointed rooms, good food and excellent service. We had 3 nights here and the staff couldn't do enough to make us welcome.

  Attentive staff, it is on the highway so you want a room towards the back. parking could be a issue but overall not bad, there was a bug (catapillar on the bed which i removed), one of things that bugged me was the incidental fee of $50 which was not explained nor was it said to be refundable. Just taking a Credit Card number should be enough however "incidental fees" are usually associated with budget issues so something to consider on top of the booking price.

  Big rooms and nice beds. Unfortunately the rooms were rather dirty - carpet with stains and wet, the tiles in the bathroom had brown liquid stains with previous guest leftover toilet paper and used shampoo. The breakfast was great and friendly staff, but the hotel blocked our access cards so we couldn't get back into the rooms before the required checkout.

  Huge, clean room and ground floor rooms are all highly mobility accessible including an accessible bathroom. If you like a cool room, you'll love this, it was super cold and a little slow to warm with the air-con. Room had all amenities you would expect. Unfortunately one of the room keys kept uncoding which at 2am was inconvenient. Staff weren't keen in replacing the key but we're otherwise very friendly. Motel is a good twenty minute walk out of town on the approach, so well placed if you have a vehicle or don't need to be mid centre but not great for legging it. Good stay for a weekend.

  The restaurant was also closed with most "decent" restaurants in their requiring advanced booking as Orange does get very busy every weekend.
